Losing wieght is so hard sometimes. I lost 5 lbs but my weight keeps fluctuating! I need to be more consistent with my eating habits and with exercise! My hubby is into weight lifting and he eats so much, so needless to say losing weight is difficult! Oh well, I will just keep staying focused!

You can do it. I know losing weight is not an easy task but stay focused and before you know it, those pounds will be gone.
